Michelle Greenwell is a Doctoral student at Akamai University studying Somatic Wellness. Her passion for providing people with self-care tools and using a self-responsibility model for wellness is evident in all that she is involved in.
Currently the President of the Canadian Association of BioEnergetic Wellness in Canada (formerly the Canadian Association of Specialized Kinesiology), she is supporting the wave of growth in muscle monitoring disciplines and the use of bioenergetic feedback to support the needs of the body, mind and spirit.
I originally met Michelle when she joined my Meditation for Kinesiology course in July this year. She is a pioneer in leading the way through for all Bio-Energetic Facilitators. Michelle is heart-centred and her main focus is on inclusion to all Kinesiologists (Bio-Energetic Facilitators) within Canada and beyond.
In this podcast, we move away from the fear of the new government regulations in Canada to a space of understanding. To move forward from this understanding is an empowering step and one that Michelle is forging the way in. Warning… you may need to listen to this podcast twice to really hear the importance of what Michelle speaks about.
