This is a beautiful heart-centred conversation with Marney about coming back to basics within our own Kinesiology business and as a person in our everyday life. As we continue to let go of not being enough and trusting in our own selves and our skills. Remembering that we are enough exactly as we are. We chat a lot about what this means as a Kinesiologist and how you can work with your clients from this space in your sessions.
We also talk about the ‘busyness’ of life as another form of stress, which is becoming a new epidemic within society.
As you listen to today’s podcast, ask yourself…”How can I trust in myself and listen to the wisdom of my heart, as I remember that I am enough exactly as I am?”
