Joan Morton is an advanced Neuroenergetic Kinesiology Practitioner and Instructor based in the beautiful County Fermanagh Northern Ireland.
She has had a clinic for 15 years and provides Kinesiology for both people and animals. She also delivers Kinesiology training courses. She found kinesiology in 1999 when she had back pain and meet with Orla Brady. Orla is a superb kinesiologist who had found Hugo Tobar and she travelled Europe doing his courses. Kinesiology changed Joan’s world from a Head Chef in a busy restaurant to now travelling the country balancing racehorses!
Joan believes that you never stop learning about the body and people. And that it is very important as Kinesiologists that we have regular balances on ourselves, through attending new courses or regular sessions with a great advanced Kinesiologist. This is essential for our own personal development.
“Go with the Flow” is Joan’s motto!
This is an interesting conversation about how we can use Kinesiology with animals. Joan provides us with some great tips and ideas on how we can work in this space. Important tips here to remember are finding the appropriate person to surrogate for the animal and also the meridians are a great starting place.
Joan reminds us to TRUST ourselves and the knowledge that we have and bring into our Kinesiology clinic. Often, we are our own biggest critic and hold ourselves back because in self-doubt and lack of confidence. She encourages us all to get comfortable with being uncomfortable to stretch our boundaries to continue to grow and learn. You have got this!
