I’m Claire, I have a passion for life and inspiring people. I began my studies in 2010 completing Certificate 4 in Kinesiology, Diploma in Kinesiology, International Diploma in Kinesiology, Kinesiopractic (Post Grad) and, as if being a practitioner wasn’t enough, I furthered my studies to become a teacher as well. I’m now a qualified PKP Trainer and Practitioner working from Kinesiology Connections in Camberwell and my home practice in Sunbury.
I believe the most important aspect to each session is getting to know my clients. People need to feel comfortable and connected to open up their hearts, share their experiences and their lives.
Claire and I shared a beautiful and authentic conversation (I could have spoken to her for hours).
We talked about the importance of finding your authentic self within your Kinesiology clinic. Not to compare or compete with fellow Kinesiologists, as we are all unique within our practices.
Claire also talked about finding the fun in your clinic, connecting with your clients in this space of fun to help them to see their ‘problem’ from a new perspective away from the stress and worry that they are experiencing. Bringing in the light-hearted space for your clients to have a laugh at their ‘problems’.
