Intuitive Meditation has been my grounding self care practice that allows me to connect to my true self, washing away stresses and anxieties that comes with life. This practice has allowed me to develop, expand and find the calm and clarity as I move through my life. It has brought me more joy, playfulness and a sense of purpose.
